The slag pot adopts standard wooden model, and the surface of the core is brushed with special coating to prevent cracking, so as to ensure the smooth surface of the casting. The slag pots are made from sand castings.

During smelting, samples were taken before furnace, as cast and after furnace for three times and analyzed by spectrometer imported from Germany to ensure the qualified composition.

The trunnion is made of special materials, and the trunnion seat, tank flange, support, tipping lug and other parts are all inspected by flaw detector.
