Contraindication: WATER, material moisture is too high (wet material), receiving equipment moisture is too high,  feeding too fast, material dust too much, etc.

1.The production area should be kept dry, and there should be no water or moisture around the slag pit, stove and equipment.

2.The container containing molten steel (slag pot, ladle, etc.) before use, check and prevent water; Ladle resistant material needs to bake to a certain temperature to receive material.

3. The container containing molten steel to prevent throwing debris (especially water beverage bottles, cans, cloth, etc.).

4. It is necessary to check and maintain the cooling equipment regularly and eliminate water leakage in the training process.

5. After discharging steel and slag, it is forbidden to throw any wet, water-bearing, sealed containers and other sundries into the container containing molten steel.
