What should be paid attention to before using the slag pots?

It is necessary to pay attention to that there is no moisture in the tank to prevent preheating and cracking, and the iron pad at the bottom of the tank should be placed flat to prevent side-slipping and rolling, and check whether the valve is normal in advance.

After use, knock off the excess steel slag with wind and burn it with oxygen. For example, more steel slag pots be knocked by a furnace dismantling car.

After completion, if the pots body is in good condition, it is directly polished in the raised position. If the tank body is cracked, it is necessary to open the clip for welding and polishing, and if the tank body is sunken, it is necessary to nail and then weld and polish, and the repair material needs to be made of the same material as the tank body.
