Innovative process slag pot casting

The slag pots produced by our company are nodular cast iron, heat-resistant cast iron and cast steel, which can meet the needs of different customers.

Slag pot as the main product of Kunfeng, its mechanical performance requirements are very high. When the slag pot is in use, it is directly in contact with steel slag to withstand high temperature baking, and the steel slag temperature is high. Under abnormal conditions, steel breakout takes on molten steel.Under normal circumstances, the load of the slag tank is the dead weight and the slag weight, and the load increases sharply when the steel leakage occurs. Once run steel adhesion, clear slag when heavy hammer hit, with destructive power.The residual stress of the casting is cracked by cold and heat. The source of residual stress: the wall thickness of slag pot is uneven and different, and thermal stress is formed in the cooling process. The slag pot with high residual stress will crack quickly after being chilled and heated. The tool sintering trolley, coke oven frame, ingot mold and machine tool castings used in Kunfeng heavy Industry Special Steel Plant all adopt innovative casting technology to ensure the quality of each product.
