Introduction of process parameters of Slag Pots

The technological manufacture of slag pots needs mature technical parameters, so the casting structure and configuration of slag pots can not be separated from the setting of parameters.

1. According to the structure of the slag pots, we need to choose chromite sodium silicate sand as the surface sand from the type to the core surface, the manual sand mold can be used, the resistance of vertical pouring slag pots are not great, and the same scale is chosen in all aspects.

2. Using the process to supplement the energy can improve the machining accuracy and grinding requirements of the slag pots, and then select the parameters in different positions of the product to ensure the internal quality and processing standards. The sodium silicate sand is selected after hardening, and the draft angle is increased in order to facilitate the drawing. At the T-joint, to prevent cracks due to certain stresses, increase the angle of the fillet at the corner.

3. The parting negative number, in order to prevent the box from being super-high when closing because of the uneven surface of the box, a negative number of about 5mm will be given to the parting surface of each section of the sandbox.
